These we enable by providing, in effect, a part-time FD for a fraction of the full-time cost. Typically an engagement will progress in the following path:

• you will receive a brief business-focussed financial review
• you will formulate with us a work plan to address any immediate issues (e.g. overdue Companies House and Revenue Returns, personnel issues, cashflow practicalities, absence of meaningful reporting). This plan will be executed with an appropriate mix of your time and ours

• Regular (usually monthly) financial reporting and assurance
